Smoked Turkey and Dried Cherry Salad

Smoked Turkey and Dried Cherry Salad
Ingredients
3/4 lb. smoked turkey breast cut into small julienne strips
1/2 cup dried cherries OR 1 cup pitted and halved fresh cherries
1/2 cup celery sliced
1/4 cup red onion chopped
3/4 cup Chelten House Roasted Garlic Balsamic Vinaigrette
Butter lettuce washed and torn
Directions
Prep time: 15 minutes

Combine turkey, cherries, celery, onion and dressing in a medium bowl; toss to coat all ingredients with dressing. Place on 4 plates lined with lettuce.
