Italian Vegetable Stuffing
Ingredients
4- oz. package of sliced pancetta (in our Deli)
1 fennel bulb
1½ tsp. Italian herb seasoning blend
Directions

Prepare stuffing as directed in Herbed Turkey Stuffing recipe using cubed 3-cheese ciabatta rolls (in our Bakery) in place of rustic bread. Coarsely chop a 4-oz. package of sliced pancetta (in our Deli) and sauté with 1 thinly sliced and chopped fennel bulb with vegetables. Add 1½ tsp. Italian herb seasoning blend in place of sage, thyme and poultry seasoning.
