Nana's Pumpkin Pie
Nana's Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
Pastry for single-crust pie
1 (15- oz.) can pumpkin
1 cup evaporated milk
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
2 eggs
Directions

Prep: 15 minutes  Cook: 45 to 50 minutes  Serves: 8

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a 9-inch pie dish with pastry dough; turn under excess dough to fit dish and flute decoratively.
2. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour into pastry lined pie dish. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, tenting with foil during the last 15 minutes of baking. Let cool completely before serving.
