Classic Mac 'n' Cheese
6 oz. Ronzoni Elbow Macaroni according to package directions
1 (10- oz.) container refrigerated light alfredo SAUCE
2/3 cup chicken broth
1 tsp. dry mustard
1½ cups sharp Cheddar cheese shredded
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese grated or shredded

Prep: 20 minutes Cook: 20 minutes Serves: 6 to 8

Cook 6 oz. Ronzoni Elbow Macaroni according to package directions; drain. Bring 1 (10-oz.)
container refrigerated light alfredo sauce, 2/3 cup chicken broth and 1 tsp. dry mustard to a boil.
Reduce heat and stir in 1½ cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, a little at a time, stirring until cheese is melted, then stir in macaroni. Transfer to a greased 9-inch baking dish. Stir together
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs and 3 tbsp. grated or shredded Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over
top and broil for 5 minutes or until top is golden brown.
