Mac 'n' Cheese Italiano

Mac 'n' Cheese Italiano
1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese shredded
1/2 cup fontina cheese shredded
1/2 cup each: sun-dried tomatoes and prosciutto chopped
1 tsp. dried basil

Prep: 20 minutes Cook: 45 minutes total Serves: 6 to 8

Prepare pasta and sauce according to Classic Mac ‘n’ Cheese recipe above, using 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup shredded fontina cheese. Stir in 1/2 cup each: chopped sun-dried tomatoes and chopped prosciutto and 1 tsp. dried basil. Top and broil as directed above.
