Bacon and Swiss Mac 'n' Cheese
Ingredients
Prepare pasta and sauce according to Classic
Mac 'n' Cheese recipe
1 cup Gruyère or other good quality Swiss cheese shredded
1/2 cup sharp Cheddar cheese shredded
1/2 cup crisp bacon pieces
1/2 tsp. dried dill
Directions

Prep: 20 minutes Cook: 30 minutes total Serves: 6

Prepare pasta and sauce according to Classic Mac ‘n’ Cheese recipe above, using 1 cup shredded Gruyère or other good quality Swiss cheese and 1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese. Stir in 1/2 cup crisp bacon pieces and 1/2 tsp. dried dill. Top and broil as directed above.
