Thai Chicken Wings

Thai Chicken Wings
Ingredients
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp. red curry paste (in the Asian foods section)
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. cumin
1 package frozen Raley's Chicken Wings, thawed
Directions

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 30 minutes, Makes: 20 wings

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a small bowl, stir together soy sauce, honey, curry paste, ginger and cumin.

2. Place chicken wings on a baking sheet; bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with half of the sauce.

3. Return to oven and bake for 5 minutes. Baste with remaining sauce and bake for 5 minutes more.

We made these over the weekend, they were delicious. It's a keeper for sure.
