Caramel Apple Sundaes

Caramel Apple Sundaes
1 large green apple peeled, cored and cut into 16 wedges
1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup fat free caramel topping
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 tbsp. chopped Emerald Pecan Pie Glazed Pecans
1. Place the apples in a microwave-safe dish (such as
ceramic or glass). 2. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes. 3.
Carefully drain the liquid, then stir in the pumpkin pie
spice and caramel topping. 4. Spoon over scoops of ice
cream and sprinkle with pecans.

Makes 4 servings.
