Out of the Park Chili
1 lb. ground beef
1 (16- oz.) container fresh salsa
1 (15.5- oz.) can S&W San Antonio Beans
1 (10- oz.) can Las Palmas Enchilada Sauce
2 tsp. Mexican seasoning
tortilla chips (optional topping) crushed
green onions (optional topping)
shredded Cheddar cheese (optional topping)
sour cream (optional topping)
Prep time: 2 minutes
Cook time: 25 minutes

Brown beef in a large saucepan over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until meat is cooked through, stirring to break up chunks; drain. Add remaining ingredients except toppings. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Serve with desired toppings.

Makes 6 servings.
