Ginger Biscotti

Ginger Biscotti
1/4 -inch thick slices of leftover Spicy Ginger Cake (see separate recipe)

Prep: 5 minutes Cook: 30 minutes

1. Preheat oven to 300°F and spray 1 or 2 baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray. Place cake slices on baking sheets and bake for 20 minutes.
2. Carefully turn with a spatula and bake for 10 minutes more. Let cool on wire racks. Biscotti will crisp as it cools.
The number of servings depends on how much leftover cake you have!
