Grilled Rosemary Pork and Apple Sandwiches
Grilled Rosemary Pork and Apple Sandwiches
Ingredients
8 (1/2 -inch thick) slices Old World Style Pota to Rosemary Bread (from the Fresh Service Bakery)
8 tsp. butter softened
1 cup shredded Edam or Gouda cheese
12 thin slices Rosemary Pork Tenderloin with Apple Chutney (from our Fresh Service Deli)
16 thin slices Granny Smith apple
Directions
Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 10 minutes

Spread 1 tsp. butter on each bread slice. Place butter side down in a large skillet and sprinkle bread slices with equal amounts of cheese. Top half of the bread slices with pork slices and half with apple slices. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown. Close sandwiches. Serve with warm apple chutney.

Makes 4 servings.
