Fudgy Brownies with Peanut Frosting
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 (4- oz.) bar bittersweet chocolate
2 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2/3 cup flour
3/4 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips
Peanut Cream Frosting (recipe follows)
Directions
Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 25 to 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat an 8-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray. Melt butter and chocolate over low heat in a medium saucepan; let cool slightly. Beat in eggs then add sugar and vanilla; stir well. Stir in flour, then peanut butter chips. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before frosting. Peanut Cream Frosting: Stir together 1/2 cup cremy peanut butter, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 2 tbsp. softened butter and 1 tbsp. milk.

Makes 12 brownies.
