Earline's Organic Sugar Pumpkin Pie

Earline's Organic Sugar Pumpkin Pie
1 (15- oz.) can pumpkin
1 (12- oz.) can fat-free evaporated milk
3/4 cup organic sugar
1-1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie shell
Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 55 to 70 minutes

Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine all ingredients except pie
shell in a large bowl and mix with a whisk until well
blended. Pour into unbaked crust. Bake for 15 minutes, then
reduce oven temperature to 350°F. Continue baking for an
additional 40 to 55 minutes or until a knife inserted into
the middle of the pie comes out clean.

Makes 10 servings.
