Ham and Cheese Pockets
Ham and Cheese Pockets
Ingredients
1 (8- oz.) container Raley's Dinner Crescent Rolls
1 tbsp. Raley's Yellow Mustard
1/2 tbsp. honey
1/2 cup Raley's Shredded Cheddar-Jack Cheese
12 slices Land O' Frost Sub Sandwich
Smoked Ham (from a 24- oz. package)
Directions

Prep: 15 minutes Cook: 20 minutes Serves: 4

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Unroll crescent rolls onto a cutting board. Break into 4 rectangular pieces; press perforated edges together firmly and reshape to form 4 square pieces of dough.
2. Stir together mustard and honey, and spoon equal amounts into the center of each square. Top each with 1 tbsp. cheese, 3 ham slices (folded into fourths) and 1 tbsp. more cheese.
3. Bring 4 corners of dough together in the middle and pinch all edges to seal to make a square pocket. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
