Spicy Beer on the Rocks
Spicy Beer on the Rocks
1 halved lime and a small plate of
coarse kosher salt
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce or to taste
1/2 tsp. hot sauce or to taste
1 (12- oz.) dark Mexican beer

Prep: 5 minutes Serves: 1

Rub the cut side of a fresh lime over the rim of a 16-oz. beer mug, then dip rim in kosher salt. Fill mug half full of ice, then add lime juice, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Add beer and stir.
