Chicken Salad with Poppyseed Hoisin Dressing

Chicken Salad with Poppyseed Hoisin Dressing
Ingredients
3/4 cup poppyseed dressing
3 tbsp. hoisin sauce
3 cups coarsely chopped rotisserie chicken
(in our Deli), chilled
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
green onions sliced
1 (8 1/4- oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (5- oz.) bag spring mix
Directions

Prep: 10 minutes Serves: 4

1. Stir dressing and hoisin sauce together in a large bowl.

2. Add remaining ingredients and toss gently.
