Beer Cheese Biscuits
Beer Cheese Biscuits
2 cups prepared baking mix
1 cup coarsely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
1/2 tbsp. minced roasted garlic
1 cup Stella Artois beer
1 tbsp. melted butter

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 20 minutes, Serves: 8 to 10

1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Stir together prepared baking mix, Cheddar cheese, fresh dill and roasted garlic in a medium bowl. Stir in beer with a fork.

3. Drop by spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet and brush with melted butter. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
