Beer Cheese Biscuits
Beer Cheese Biscuits
2 cups prepared baking mix
1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese coarsely shredded
1 tbsp. fresh dill chopped
1/2 tbsp. roasted garlic minced
1 cup Stella Artois beer
1 tbsp. butter melted

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 20 minutes, Serves: 8 to 10

Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Stir together 2 cups prepared baking mix, 1 cup coarsely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, 1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill and 1/2 tbsp. minced roasted garlic in a medium bowl. Stir in 1 cup Stella Artois beer with a fork. Drop by spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet and brush with 1 tbsp. melted butter. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
