Irish Beef and Beer Burgers
Irish Beef and Beer Burgers
Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 leek, thinly sliced
1/3 cup Smithwick's or Killian's Irish Red beer
1½ tbsp. spicy brown mustard
3 to 4 tbsp. Kerrygold Blarney Castle or Dubliner Cheese (in our Deli), shredded
Serve on toasted potato rolls with lettuce, tomato and sliced onion.
Directions

Prep: 20 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Serves: 4

Stir together 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1 thinly sliced leek, 1/3 cup Smithwick’s or Killian’s Irish Red beer and 1½ tbsp. spicy brown mustard in a medium bowl. Grill over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Pile 3 to 4 tbsp. shredded Kerrygold Blarney Castle or Dubliner Cheese (in our Deli) in the center of each and cook for 5 minutes more. Serve on toasted potato rolls with lettuce, tomato and sliced onion.
