Pork Loin Chops with Blue Cheese and  Leek Sauce

Pork Loin Chops with Blue Cheese and Leek Sauce
Ingredients
4 boneless Raley's pork loin chops
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1 cup sliced leeks
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 tbsp. milk
Directions

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: about 15 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Season chops with salt and pepper to taste. Grill over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

2. While pork is cooking, sauté leeks and butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat until leeks are very soft. Stir in blue cheese and milk; continue to cook until sauce is thick. Season to taste with salt and pepper; serve warm over grilled pork.
