Italian Meatball Skillet
1 cup green bell pepper chopped
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 14.5 oz. can Raley's Diced Tomatoes with Roasted Garlic drained
1 14 oz. can quartered artichokes drained
1 (12- oz.) package Full Circle Pes to Parmesan Chicken Meatballs
Serve over grains, rice or pasta

Sauté 1 cup chopped green bell pepper in 1 tbsp. olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until tender. Stir in 1 (14.5-oz.) drained can Raley’s Diced Tomatoes with Roasted Garlic,1 (14-oz.) drained can quartered artichokes and 1 (12-oz.) package Full Circle Pesto Parmesan Chicken Meatballs. Cook, covered, until meatballs are warmed through. Serve over grains, rice or pasta.

Makes 6 servings.
