Mango Chicken Canapés
Mango Chicken Canapés
2 (2.1- oz.) boxes fr ozen Athens Mini Fillo Shells
1 cup cooked rotisserie chicken chopped, chilled
1/2 cup fresh mango chopped
3½ tbsp. light Oriental dressing
1½ tbsp. Thai Kitchen Peanut Satay Sauce
2 tbsp. green onions thinly sliced
1 tbsp. fresh cilantro chopped

Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 2 to 4 minutes Makes: 30 appetizers

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place fillo shells on a baking sheet and crisp in the oven for 2 to 4 minutes; let cool. Stir together remaining ingredients and spoon into shells.

Make-ahead tip: Filling may be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to use. Fillo shells may be crisped ahead of time and filled just before serving.
