Mango Chicken Canapés

Mango Chicken Canapés
Ingredients
2 (2.1- oz.) boxes frozen Athens Mini Fillo Shells
1 cup chopped rotisserie chicken, chilled
1/2 cup chopped fresh mango
3½ tbsp. Girard's Light Chinese Chicken Salad Dressing
1½ tbsp. Thai Kitchen Peanut Satay Sauce
2 tbsp. thinly sliced green onions
1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
Directions

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 2 to 4 minutes, Makes: 30 appetizers

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place fillo shells on a baking sheet and crisp in the oven for 2 to 4 minutes; let cool. Stir together remaining ingredients and spoon into shells.

2. Make-ahead tip: Filling may be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to use. Fillo shells may be crisped ahead of time and filled just before serving.
