Complete dinner suggestion: Serve with steamed vegetables and a white and wild rice blend.
Cooking instructions:
Bake: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake, uncovered in an oven proof dish for approximately 25-30 minutes per lb.
Broil: Preheat broiler. Broil each slice for approximately 6-10 minutes per side, per lb.
