Roasted Garlic, Corn  and Cheese Sticks
Roasted Garlic, Corn and Cheese Sticks
Ingredients
2 cups coarsely shredded Mexican blend cheese
1 cup flour
1/2 cup masa (corn flour)
1/2 cup butter, cut into pieces
1/4 cup cornmeal
1 to 2 tbsp. Christopher Ranch Roasted Garlic Cloves
1 tsp. Mexican seasoning blend
2 tbsp. water
Directions

Prep: 1 hour, Cook: 20 minutes, Makes: about 3 dozen

1. Combine all ingredients except water in a food processor. Process until mixture forms large crumbs. Add water and process until mixture starts to hold together. Gather into a ball and knead a few times to form a soft dough. (May be prepared up to 1 week ahead and stored tightly covered in the refrigerator.)

2. Preheat oven to 375°F and line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper. Roll 1-inch balls of dough into 8-inch long sticks on a lightly floured board, pressing dough together if it separates.

3. Place on prepared baking sheets and bake for 20 minutes or until very lightly browned. Store in an airtight container.
