Chipotle Garlic Steak

Chipotle Garlic Steak
1/4 cup Mexican beer
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. minced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (be sure to include some of the adobo sauce)
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1½ lbs. Raley's steak, such as sirloin, London broil or New York California Raised, USDA Choice

Prep: 10 minutes, Marinate: several hours or overnight
Cook: about 10 to 14 minutes, Serves: 4 to 6

1. Place all ingredients except steak in a large resealable bag; squeeze several times to mix.

2. Add steak to bag and seal well; refrigerate several hours or overnight.

3. Grill over medium-high heat for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until steak is cooked to your liking. Remove from grill and let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
