Beer Braised Onion Burgers
Beer Braised Onion Burgers
1 large onion sliced 1/4-inch thick and separated into rings
3/4 cup beer
2 tsp. spicy brown mustard
4 Raley's Sirloin or Beef Burgers thawed
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 Sara Lee Hamburger Buns or Kaiser Rolls lightly grilled
Lettuce, toma to and cooked bacon slices (optional)

Prep: 10 minutes Cook: about 20 minutes total
Serves: 4

1. Stir together onions, beer and mustard on a piece of heavy-duty foil; fold sides up slightly. Grill over medium heat for 10 minutes.
2. Stir onions and increase heat to medium-high. Place burgers on grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side, topping with cheese
during the last few minutes of cooking.
3. Place beef on toasted buns and top with cooked onions and any desired toppings.
