Grama’s Peachy Barbecued Pork

Grama's Peachy Barbecued Pork
2/3 cup diced fresh peaches
2/3 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup Grama's Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 lbs. Raley's pork tenderloin

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 30 minutes, Serves: 6

1. Puree peaches, barbecue sauce, chilli sauce, rice vinegar and soy sauce in a blender or food processor.

2. Grill pork over medium-high heat for 15 minutes. Turn and cook for 15 minutes more or until meat is cooked through, brushing liberally with sauce.

3. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with any remaining sauce and top with chopped fresh cilantro, if you like.
