Grama’s Peachy Barbecued Pork

Grama's Peachy Barbecued Pork
2/3 cup fresh peaches diced
2/3 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup Grama's Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 tbsp. each: rice vinegar and soy sauce
2 lbs. pork tenderloin

Puree 2/3 cup diced fresh peaches, 2/3 cup barbecue sauce,1/4 cup Grama’s Sweet Chilli Sauce and 1 tbsp. each: rice vinegar and soy sauce in a blender or food processor. Grill 2 lbs. pork tenderloin over medium-high heat for 15 minutes. Turn and cook for 15 minutes more or until meat is cooked through, brushing liberally with sauce. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with any remaining sauce and top with chopped fresh cilantro, if you like.

Makes 6 servings.
