Peach Pie Pops
Ingredients
equal amounts of vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt and Peach Pie Filling softened
1 Raley's Bakery sugar cookie
Directions

Prep: 10 minutes, Chill: overnight

Stir together equal amounts of softened vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt and Peach Pie Filling (see page 41). Spoon into popsicle molds or small cups, filling all the way to the top. Cut a small slit in the center of a Raley’s Bakery sugar cookie. Place cookie sprinkle side down over ice cream mixture and insert a popsicle stick through the cookie. Freeze overnight until firm.
