Jalapeño and Cheese Focaccia Bread

Jalapeño and Cheese Focaccia Bread
2 tbsp. cornmeal
1 (1-lb.) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1/2 tbsp. olive oil
2/3 cup Tillamook Mexican 4 Cheese Shredded Cheese
1/2 cup pickled sliced jalapeño peppers, drained
1/4 cup sliced green onion tops

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 15 to 20 minutes, Makes: 8 servings

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Sprinkle cornmeal onto a lightly floured board and roll thawed dough out to about an 8x10-inch rectangle. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with olive oil.

2. Sprinkle with cheese and top with jalapeños and green onions. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned around the edges.
