Shrimp Chow Mein

Shrimp Chow Mein
1 (6- oz.) package Wel Pac Chow Mein Stir Fry Noodles
2 tbsp. vegetable oil divided
1 (12- oz.) package raw Contessa Shrimp, peeled and deveined, tail off
(61 to 70 count)
1 (11- oz.) package Raley’s Asian Stir Fry Veggies (in our produce dept.)
1/3 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Prep time: 5 minutes, Cook time: 15 minutes

In a medium saucepan, cook noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes; drain and set aside. In a skillet or wok, cook shrimp in 1 tbsp. oil until pink. Remove from skillet and set aside. Heat remaining oil in the skillet over medium-high heat. Add noodles and vegetables; stir-fry for 5 minutes. Stir in cooked shrimp and sauce; cook for 1 minute more or until hot. Top with peanuts.
