Tomato Beef Stir-Fry

Tomato Beef Stir-Fry
1-1/2 lb. flank steak
1/2 tsp. unseasoned meat tenderizer
1 tbsp. Mazola Vegetable Oil
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Sauce
2 tsp. sesame oil
1/4 cup sliced green onions
Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 10 minutes

Pierce the entire surface of the steak well on both sides with a fork and rub with meat tenderizer. Holding the knife at a diagonal, cut steak into very thin strips. Heat vegetable oil

in a large skillet or wok. Add steak and stir-fry over high heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Meanwhile, mix together ketchup, teriyaki sauce and sesame oil. Pour over steak and cook for 1 minute more. Transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle with green onions. Serve over steamed Mahatma Long Grain Jasmine Rice.
