Chunky Guacamole
4 ripe but firm avocados peeled, pitted and cubed or mashed
1/2 cup chopped red onion
3 small tomatoes chopped
1 bunch cilantro chopped
3 jalapeño peppers seeded and chopped
Salt and lime juice to taste
Prep time: 15 minutes

Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl.
Serve immediately.

Makes 12 servings.
