Ingredients
2/3 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed (from a 17.3- oz. box)
2 tbsp. taco sauce
1/3 cup Mexican blend cheese shredded
2 tbsp. green onions sliced
1 (13- oz.) package Aidells Roasted Red Pepper with Corn Sausage
Taco sauce for dipping
Directions
Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 25 minutes

Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil. Unfold puff pastry and cut 2 sections in half to make 4 pieces (wrap remaining dough and freeze for a later use). Spread 1/2 tbsp. taco sauce in the center of each piece of pastry and top with cheese and onions. Place sausages on top and bring up sides to enclose; pinch edges to seal. Place seam side down on prepared baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until pastry is cooked and golden brown.

Serve with additional taco sauce for dipping.

Makes 4 servings.
