Broccolini with Roasted Garlic
1 cup tiny whole, baby carrots peeled
2 bunches broccolini
1 small red bell pepper cut in to small julienne strips
1/4 cup butter
5 cloves Christopher Ranch Roasted Garlic slivered
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. fresh chervil chopped
pepper to taste freshly ground
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes

Place carrots in a large pot of boiling water; cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add broccolini and cook for 3 to 5 minutes more. Add red bell pepper; cook for 1 minute, then drain vegetables well. Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan. Add garlic and salt; sauté for 1 minute. Add garlic butter and chervil to steamed vegetables and toss well to coat. Season with pepper.

Makes 8 servings.
