Chunky Maple Apples
2 tbsp. butter
2 lb. apples peeled, cored and sliced
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp. pure maple syrup
1 tsp. apple pie spice
1 lemon slice
Prep time: 15 minutes, Cook time: 15 to 20

Melt butter in a large skillet. Stir in remaining
ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and
simmer over medium-high heat for 10 to 15
minutes or until apples are tender and mixture is
very thick and syrupy. Remove lemon before
