Guinness Stout
Amber ale (such as Harp Lager)
Directions
For a classic Black and Tan, sometimes called a Half and Half, dark Guinness stout is layered over an amber ale (like Harp Lager).

Prep: 5 minutes Serves: 1

Hold the glass at an angle and fill halfway with ale. Before the foam settles, pour the Guinness slowly over an upside-down spoon. Fill to the top and let settle. If it doesn't look perfect, you can still drink the mistakes!
