Mango Halibut

Mango Halibut
Ingredients
4 small to medium halibut fillets or steaks (about 4 oz. each)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup prepared mango
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup slivered fresh basil
Directions

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 12 to 15 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Rinse fish and pat dry; season to taste with salt and pepper.

2. Melt butter in a large skillet. Add fish and cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes per side or until fish reaches an internal temperature of 150°F and flakes easily when tested with a fork.

3. Add chutney and lime juice; cook for 2 minutes more, turning fish once. Sprinkle with basil.
