Hot Ham and Cheese Croissants
Hot Ham and Cheese Croissants
Ingredients
4 ea croissants
1/4 cup Best Foods Dijonnaise
2 tsp. fresh tarragon chopped
2 (6- oz.) package Hillshire Farm Deli Select Ham
4 thin slices Raley’s Swiss Cheese
Directions
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut croissants in half lengthwise. Stir together Dijonnaise and tarragon and spread on the bottom half of each croissant. Top with ham and cheese (cutting cheese to fit onto croissant) and close sandwich. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Makes 4 servings.

This recipe is fast and easy for those rushed days! The Dijonnaise adds a delightful tang (we add horseradish as well). Raley's croissants are fluffy and light, and the deli meats are delicious.
