Hot Ham and Cheese Croissant
Hot Ham and Cheese Croissants
4 croissants
1/4 cup Dijonnaise
2 tsp. chopped fresh tarragon
12 oz. thinly sliced ham
4 slices Swiss Cheese

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 15 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut croissants in half lengthwise.

2. Stir together Dijonnaise and tarragon and spread on the bottom of each croissant.  Top with equal amounts of ham and cheese and close sandwiches.

3. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

This recipe is fast and easy for those rushed days! The Dijonnaise adds a delightful tang (we add horseradish as well). Raley's croissants are fluffy and light, and the deli meats are delicious.
