Fancy Fries
1-1/2 lb. russet potatoes washed and cut into 1/2 -inch wedges
1-1/2 tbsp. Consorzio Roasted Garlic Olive Oill
Mexican or Caesar seasoning (see note)
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 25 to 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss potatoes with oil in a medium bowl. Sprinkle with desired seasoning and mix well. Transfer to a large baking sheet and spread in a single layer. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Makes 4 servings.

Mexican Fries:
Prepare fries as directed with 1 tsp. Mexican seasoning and 1/2 tsp. garlic salt.

Serving suggestions:
• Top with Tillamook Shredded Pepper
Jack Cheese during the last 5 minutes
of baking.

• Serve with salsa or a mixture of salsa
and sour cream.

• Use in place of tortilla chips to make

Caesar Fries:
Prepare fries as directed with 1 (1.2-oz. package) dry Caesar dressing mix.

Serving suggestions:
• Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese
during the last 5 minutes of baking.

• Serve with Bernstein’s Creamy Caesar
Dressing for dipping.

• Serve with aïoli (see separate recipe)
