Savory Ham with Peachy Topping

Savory Ham with Peachy Topping
1 tbsp. butter
1 (14.5- oz.) can light sliced peaches chopped
1/2 cup dried apricots chopped
1/2 cup peach preserves
1/4 cup port wine
1 tbsp. lime juice
fresh mint chopped
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes

Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add peaches,
apricots, preserves, port and lime juice. Bring
mixture to a boil; reduce heat and simmer,
uncovered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve over hot honey or black forest ham slices.
Also great over herbed pork chops or chicken

Makes 6 servings.
