Grilled Chicken with Plum Glaze
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup plum sauce
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Prep time: 15 minutes, Cook time: 10 minutes

Rinse chicken and pat dry. Stir together remaining
ingredients except salt and pepper in a small bowl;
divide mixture in half. Season chicken with salt and
pepper and brush with half of the plum mixture. Grill
over medium-high heat for 5 minutes on each side or
until internal temperature reaches 165ºF, turning
several times and brushing liberally with remaining
sauce during the last few minutes of grilling.

Makes 4 servings.
