Easy Asian Salmon
Ingredients
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp. chili garlic sauce (in our Asian Foods aisle)
4 (6- oz.) salmon fillets or 4 salmon kabobs
1/4 cup green onions sliced
Directions
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 to 12 minutes

Stir together soy sauce, honey and chili garlic sauce in a small bowl. Place salmon on a lightly oiled grill over medium heat.

Cook for 10 to 12 minutes for kabobs or 5 to 6 minutes per side for fillets or until internal temperature reaches 150°F, basting liberally with sauce during grilling. To serve, sprinkle with green onions.

Makes 4 servings.
