Quick Shrimp Scampi

Quick Shrimp Scampi
3 tbsp. butter
1 lb. shrimp peeled and deveined
3 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Geyser Peak Sauvignon Blanc
1 tbsp. snipped fresh basil
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes

Melt butter in a large skillet. Add shrimp and cook until
almost fully pink. Add garlic and cook for 1 to 2
minutes more. Add lemon juice and wine and cook for
2 minutes. Stir in basil. Serve over pasta with crusty
bread to soak up the juices.

Makes 2 to 3 servings.
