French Olive and Brie Burgers
Ingredients
2 (20- oz.) packages lean ground turkey
3/4 cup shallots minced
1/3 cup cornichons minced
1 3.5 oz. jar Cat Cora's Greek Kalamata Olive Tapenade
1 tbsp. each: herbes de Provence and Dijon mustard
2 tsp. garlic salt
4 oz. Brie sliced
8 French rolls toasted
arugula
Dijon mustard to top
Directions

Prep: 15 minutes  Cook: 10 to 15 minutes  Serves: 8 

Mix ground turkey, minced shallots, minced cornichons, Cat Cora's Greek Kalamata Olive Tapenade, herbes de Provence, Dijon mustard and garlic salt in a large bowl.

Shape into 8 flat patties and cook on a well-oiled grill over medium-high heat for 5 minutes on each side, topping with 4 oz. sliced Brie after turning.

Serve on toasted French rolls with arugula and Dijon mustard.
