Orange Avocado Chicken Torta
Orange Avocado Chicken Torta
Ingredients
1 large orange, halved
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and mashed
1½ tbsp. Art of Chipotle Chipotle Paste with Adobo
1½ tbsp. honey
1½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken (in our Deli),
1 sweet baguette, halved horizontally (in our Bakery)
2 cups thinly sliced romaine lettuce
Directions

Prep: 15 minutes  Serves: 4

1. Peel half the orange and chop. Stir into avocado and set aside.  

2. Squeeze remaining juice from the remaining orange half into a medium bowl. Stir in Art of Chipotle Sauce and honey, then add chicken; toss well to coat.

3. Tear out some of the baguette center. Spread the avocado on baguette bottom. Top with chicken and romaine; cut sandwich into 4 pieces.
