Mango Chicken Salad
Mango Chicken Salad
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3/4 cup Kraft Raspberry Vinaigrette divided
1 (5- oz.) package Dole Spring Mix
2 mangoes peeled, pitted and sliced
1/2 cup green onions sliced
1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts toasted
Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes

Place chicken on a grill over medium heat. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F, brushing occasionally with 1/4 cup vinaigrette. Remove from heat and let cool slightly; cut into bite-size strips. Place salad greens, mangoes, onions, nuts and chicken in a large bowl; drizzle with remaining 1/2 cup vinaigrette and toss well to coat. Serve immediately.

Makes 4 servings.
