Spinach, Apple & Mesquite Turkey Salad
1 (9- oz.) package Dole spinach
1 lb. mesquite turkey cut in to 1/2-inch thick slices
1 large Fuji apple cored and thinly sliced
1/2 cup pecan pieces toasted
1/2 cup green onions sliced
3/4 cup Briannas Blush Wine Vinaigrette
Prep time: 10 minutes

Place spinach in a large bowl. Cut turkey into julienne strips and add to spinach with apple, pecans and onions. Toss with vinaigrette and serve immediately.

Makes 4 servings.

This salad has been a favorite in our house for several years. I usually substitute a bag of spring mix for the spinach.
