Peppered Turkey and Avocado Sandwich
Ingredients
4 soft unsliced French bread cut into 4-inch sections cut in half horizontally
1 ea avocado peeled, pitted and mashed
1 (7- oz.) container Pico de Gallo
1 lb. Peppered Turkey Breast thinly sliced
4 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
Lettuce
Directions
Prep time: 5 minutes

Combine avocado and pico de gallo in a small bowl and spread over the bottom of each bread section. Top with turkey, cheese and lettuce; close sandwiches and serve immediately.

Makes 4 servings.
