Mahi Mahi with Tropical Salsa
Ingredients
3/4 lb. fresh mahi mahi cut into 2 fillets
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 (7- oz.) container Tropical Salsa
Directions
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes

Rinse fish and pat dry. Brush liberally with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine honey and lime juice in a small bowl; set aside. Cook fish on a grill over medium heat, skin side up, for 5 minutes. Turn fish and drizzle with half of the honey-lime mixture. Remove from grill when fish reaches an internal temperature of 150°F and flakes easily when tested with a fork. Transfer to 2 serving plates. Drizzle with remaining honey-lime mixture and top with Tropical Salsa.

Makes 2 servings. Recipe may be doubled.
