Honey Mustard Lime Marinated Pork Chops

Honey Mustard Marinated Pork Chops
Ingredients
1/2 cup full flavored beer
1/2 cup minced shallots
1/3 cup honey mustard
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1½ tsp. Hungarian hot paprika
4 Raley's boneless pork loin chops
Directions

Don’t just add beer to the recipe – pair your dish with the same beer!

Prep: 15 minutes, Marinate: 24 hours
Cook: 10 to 20 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Place all ingredients except pork in a large resealable bag. Squeeze bag well to mix ingredients, then remove and set aside 1/4 cup mixture. Seal bag and refrigerate pork and reserved marinade for several hours or up to 24 hours for best flavor.

2. Remove pork from marinade and discard bag. Grill over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes on each side (depending on thickness of chops) or until pork is cooked to 145°F internally, basting with reserved marinade after turning pork.
