Spicy Halibut Grill

Spicy Halibut Grill
3 tbsp. Gramma's Sweet Chilli Sauce
1½ tbsp. horseradish
2 (12- oz.) packages Full Circle Halibut Steaks, thawed
1 tsp. garlic salt
Grilled baby bok choy

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 6 to 10 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Stir together chilli sauce and horseradish in a small bowl.

2. Season halibut steaks with garlic salt. Cook on a well-oiled grill over medium-high heat for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until fish is cooked to your liking, drizzling with sauce once or twice.

3. Remove from grill and serve with remaining sauce. Serve with grilled baby bok choy.
