Spicy Halibut Grill
Spicy Halibut Grill
3 tbsp. Gramma's Sweet Chilli Sauce
1½ tbsp. horseradish
2 (12- oz.) packages Full Circle Halibut Steaks, thawed
1 tsp. garlic salt
baby bok choy

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 6 to 10 minutes, Serves: 4

Stir together 3 tbsp. Grama’s Sweet Chilli Sauce and 1½ tbsp. horseradish in a small bowl. Season 2 (12-oz.) packages Full Circle Halibut Steaks, thawed, with 1 tsp. garlic salt. Cook on a well-oiled grill over medium-high heat for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until fish is cooked to your liking, drizzling with sauce once or twice. Remove from grill and serve with remaining sauce. Serve with grilled baby bok choy.
